Hi, I am Opiyo Oloya.
I was born in Gulu town in Northern Uganda. My real education happened on the savanna where we used to chase after goats and cows in the field. I learned all that I needed to survive in that world.

- Sir Samuel Baker Secondary School, Gulu Uganda 1973-1976.
- Tororo College, Uganda 1976-1979
- Makerere University, Kampala Uganda 1979-1981
- Queen's University, Kingston Ontario 1981-1986
- University of Ottawa, Ottawa Ontario 1986-1988
I thoroughly enjoy this job; the kids make me laugh in spite of myself.
My interests in music started at an early age.
